100% homemade dishes

During your meal, we offer you the chance to taste a variety of produce from the local area. Even better, some of the produce comes from an immediate source: the campsite's farm.

For example, this is the case of our ORGANIC rib of beef, since the cattle is raised on site, as well as the goat's cheese that you can enjoy in a pastry slice.

And since you are in the Aude region, be sure to taste the iconic cassoulet meticulously prepared by Martine. We also recommend the reconstituted deboned guinea fowl, another one of the restaurant's specialties. Or do you fancy a taste of the sea? If so, the traditionally smoked salmon is very likely to win you over.

Even if it is difficult to choose, one thing is certain: you will enjoy your meal and have a good time. You can even bring this taste experience home with you after your holiday since L'Auberge sells homemade preserves made with 100% organic and local produce. A great holiday souvenir.
